They are currently looking internally.

If you have your app in EAS and are a local candidate you might still get a call for the positions.

@Jane, I have heard this was possible but in the year that I have been here- I've only received referrals but never interviews for anything that wasn't on USAjobs. I was told that they like to see you in the schools as a volunteer or sub to be considered for interviews. Not sure if this is just a rumor or what...

It is true that getting your name and face on the radar of admin (hopefully in a positive way) can be an advantage when it comes time to interview/hire. But, as Jane posted, if you have selected local hire and Naples as your target location in EAS then your name should appear on any list that the admin pull/are sent for positions you are qualified ...See More
