I had asked about my quals still being in pending , here was the response:
We will start pulling referral lists for the 2020-2021 school year in late February/early March. As far as your pending qualifications those will be looked at by licensure once your name is pulled onto a referral list for a Target Job you selected. The Target jobs that you selected that you aren't qualified for will not be re-evaluated until you update your application with the information they requested.
