I received a virtual interview request and was wondering if the interviews are usually conducted as a panel or just one on one with the principal? Is there usually a second round or just one and done? It's my first teaching interview ever so I'm slightly nervous. I've seen the list of typical DODEA questions (thanks guys!) plus others....for those who have interviewed recently, are those still their common questions? It's for an ES position. For those who have done virtual interviews, are they with or without video? I appreciate any insight!

HelpOthers For school counseling and school psychology interviews, I have experienced panels for both stateside and overseas schools.

Couple of Questions When my husband interviewed, it was a phone interview, not virtual. However, he first interviewed with the principal, then had a second interview with the vice-principal.

Bloo Thank you everyone. I did my interview today and was only asked two of the "standard DODEA" questions which definitely had me a little nervous. For everyone's curiosity, it wasn't a panel, so just the principal and there will be no follow up interview.
