I just got a tentative offer this week and I'm currently doing my paperwork. However, I didn't get a fingerprint or physical form request yet. When will I get that because I already got my benefits, passport, and background check paperwork?

If you can go to the base they have the form there too. I have no idea why mine was mailed to me.

You need the prepaid envelope to mail it to the right place, and they were very clear you needed the right form. If i were you I would just check on when they are open and if you need an appointment. The digital live scan was offered off base at different places but they were all booked through August!
