I am sure this really boils down to personal preference; however, I am curious if anyone has any insight as to what order I should add qualifications. I currently hold 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and middle school social studies.

These are what I am interested in:

--Kindergarten

--Middle school science

--Career Education Coordinator

--Gifted and Talented

--Library Information Specialist

--Middle School Language Arts

--Middle School Journalism

--Middle School Speech

--Elementary/Middle P.E.

Any tips would be appreciated!
haha If you are talking in terms of increased chances of being hired, I would say adding MS (and HS) core subjects would have the greatest impact (Science and ELA). Adding secondary would greatly increase your chances since there are only so many Middle Schools or combined Middle/High Schools.

TravelTeacherMommy Yes, I agree with Haha. I hear that MS an HS are the best odds for hiring. I hear that elementary applications are very saturated.

oldshack So, is multiple middle school qualifications enough? Should I work to add high school? I will have CTE occupational specialist and CTE administrator on my state cert soon.

haha Always tough to quantify how much of an impact additional certs will have on job prospects. But, there are around 20 high schools (as opposed to the other combined Middle/High schools) which could translate to a reasonable number of additional positions you could "qualify" for with secondary certs.
