Yes, I am internal but it stated if I was a current teacher I could not apply. I guess they hadn't figured out how to check that yet! The 0300 they said was mixed elementary in the email but the school was a secondary school.

All I can think is that it's a hard to fill position. I know of other internals who have been hired from OCONUS to OCONUS.

Yes, LolaTeach, I have seen some people move internally too. Dodea has started listing internal vacancies on USAjobs.

And now I just got a reminder email and the 0300 is gone from the position. Deadline is 1430 CST. This was just strange because it appears they were searching inactive EAS applications to fill the referral list but it isn't an internal position because it specifically states of you are a current Dodds teacher you do not qualify.
