Icanread I don't think there is a clear answer. I asked recently and wasn't given an answer. They just said that I would have to submit the waiver and see what happens.

Lots of people retired in November, December, January, February, and even this month. None of them paid back their LQA for the summer of 2020.

You must have a transportation agreement to collect LQA.

HelpOthers I believe in order to not pay for summer LQA that you must work through the end of October (or other date within October). That is why most people retire after this date. If you retire/leave earlier, you would owe back for the summer LQA.
