What else could I be doing to bolster my application? Should I also have an application on USAJobs? I know this can be quite the waiting game but would love to know if there's anything else I can be doing to make my application more appealing. Thanks so much.

Those areas are fine but not necessarily great to have (e.g. lots of teachers/positions in those areas but also lots of candidates with those certs and/or current teachers with those certs who might want to move into those jobs).
You might want to look at your transcripts and see if there are any additional areas you could add with a class...See More
