Thanks for the input! I guess I should have been a little clearer: I meant what are the odds of getting put on a referral list for a position I am fully certified for? If they are looking for certification a&b and I have those will it make a difference (for making a referral list) wether I also have / don't have certification x, y & z? Also...See More

Again, putting a number on it is impossible. Categorizing it as good, bad, astronomical, etc. would still depend in part on the certs you have and the certs they are looking for (in part, because some cert areas may have ten's of qualified applicants, some will likely have hundreds/thousands/tens of thousands of qualified applicants in the system)....See More
