juzFyneYou have to scan to combine the require documents. Be sure to look at the Electronic Submission At a glance. Several entries requires combining and sending only 1 file.
rkinnI used Adobe Acrobat Pro (Teacher Edition) to prepare all my files. This software allows you to merge docs, PDFs, scans, images, into one file for upload.
Was curious if anyone used an IPad to video their classroom lessons? Any success? Or, stick to a camcorder?? Any recommendations on an omnidirectional mic? Thanks.
whatworksYou can use an iPhone , an iPad etc. They both work well, What does seem to vary depending on the set up of the room/groups etc. is the sound. Make some practice videos just to test the sound. Hope this helps!
BrandiI purchased What Works! Successful Strategies for Pursuing National Board Certification by Bobbie Faulkner. There are 2 books, 1 for Components 1 and 2 and the 2nd is for Components 3 and 4. I purchased the latter one and it was very helpful.
Hello. Does anyone have any advice as to the best type(s) of technology to use for recording? (In other words, is there a particular brand of camcorder, certain specs that make for better quality, clearer pictures and sound, etc.?)
I'm hoping not to have to spend money over and over again trying to figure it out.
Hello I'm the school counselor in NC you rescued 3 years ago! Your books changed my life after completing 1 & 2. I rocked the test but got a 1.75 on Component 1. Your books helped me get a 3.6 on Component 3 and a 4.0 on Component 4 along with awesome mentors. I'm so forever greatful. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Would I have to pass all areas for Exceptional Needs or just the area that I work in now? I am teacher certified Mild/Moderate and teach PreK special education students.
