C4 Written Commentary Factors questions

Under the question: What did your analysis of the results of the summative assessment tell you about where the students as a group are in relation to the unit objectives? What patterns, trends, etc.....and then it asks What other factors did you take into account as you analyzed and interpreted the results? I am struggling with what they are asking as far as factors...is it student behavior, what you see in classroom instruction? I don't know if I'm even on the right track of thinking.........

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
