Has anyone had any success getting their name off ratemyteachers.com? I have not been a teacher for a few years and am looking for a job in a new field. Any ideas, short of getting a lawyer?

Former Teacher If I google my name, that is the first thing that comes up. Yes, prospective employers do google searches.

It's still doubtful anyone will not hire you based on the rantings from a lot of random, disgruntled children.

But if it's keeping you up nights, isn't there a button on the main board for your school that you can click to report that you don't work there anymore?
