Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I'm interviewing for an infant teacher position next week and just want to make sure I am prepared! I have a degree in Elementary Ed and LOTS of experience taking care of young ones, though never in a child care setting. I have been reviewing all I know about infant development, care and scheduling and just wondered if there is anything else I might want to prepare myself for.

me Thanks for the info! I live in MI, where competition is very stiff for the few jobs there are. I have been looking for a full time teaching job here for 5 years. Mrs.B You should be current on infant care such as how to mix formula, store & warm bm, sleeping on back etc. I'd also ask how they put the babies to sleep at the center some use the wheel cribs, rocking chairs, cio, swaddling, etc. Can you feed on demand and put down for a nap when baby is sleepy or do you have to stick to a strict schedule?
