Hello, everyone! I have been subbing at a high school for 2 years. It's a great place, and I have a good relationship with the faculty and the students. Next semester, I will be student teaching at the same school, and I'm a little concerned. When I sub a class, we can be very laid back and relaxed. As long as the students behave, and hand in the work from that period, I'm not very strict. I'm worried that my upcoming students won't take me seriously, or will behave as though they were in my sub class.

Any tips for setting a good tone for my own classroom? Thanks!
