Some photo programs let you make a collage and you can move around your pix to fit or overlap as you want. I often insert pix into a word document, make 2 columns, turn the paper landscape or leave it portrait and widen the margins, depending upon what works ... or change the pix so they float and then I can resize and overlap as needed.
