We sold my FILs rural estate and have a 90 day escrow. Can't wait to get the last piece of property sold. He is 92 and lives in assisted living nearby and is doing okay there. So that is good. I hope this finds all the GAs well and prospering. I just turned 71 but told my grands 17. They wouldn't have it! Ha ha! Take care one and all.
