Just wondering if any of you have noticed a change in your students overall this year (or even the past couple years) in regards to disrespect. I have a class full of 5 year-olds who think they are 15. They groan and roll their eyes at me, they tell me no, they are demanding. I am wondering if it is a fluke or if it is a sign of the times? I'm afraid it is a sign of the times, and it is really sad when you have a class full of young children who should enjoy singing, being silly, reading picture books, and learning! It is making for a not very fun year! Any tips or ideas would be great!
