Lets start with, I am not yet a teacher, I haven't graduated from college, and I've only been with a mentor teacher twice. I'm actually doing home work right now for a secondary education class (this does not require me to answer any posts). I read your plea and felt the need to respond. First I think you should look at why you are teaching, if you have a strong desire to help students learn and grow than that should be enough to get you through any interview. Keep telling yourself that this is your passion. I am now reading a chapter on how to create lesson plans and write objectives. Classroom Teaching Skills Ninth Edition, by James M. Cooper. I think you will find this very helpful. I hope I helped.
