Hi,

I used to be a YMCA conselor in college and I remember playing a gym game with kids called "Army/Navy." I remember this game being really engaging to the kids.

Now, several years later, as an art teacher, I am supervising indoor recess in the gym. The kids are a little crazy and I thought this would be a fun, easy game to play, but I can't remember the rules to save my life. I've scoured the internet and can't find anything. Does anyone know how to play this game?

Amanda She's incorrect. The game is not the same as Capture the Flag. (I realize I am a year late, but just in case you still need it...)

You need to have a large running area to play. You designate one side as Army and one side as Navy. When you call Army, kids run in that direction. When you call Navy, they switch directions and run the other ...See More
