Hi everyone! I'm a primary teacher for Spain and I'm interesting in our educational systems. As the Pisa report shows spanish education is not the best although our students spend lot of their time confined in schools. In my country students starts school at the age of 3 (5 hours a day) and when they are 6 and start primary school they attend school for 6 hours: Morning - from 830 to 1300 - they have a break for half hour for playing and having a snack. At 13:00 most of them go home to have lunch and they come back at 15:00 and finish at 16:00. After this busy schedule they do extra-school activities, that means they go to private english schools, music schools and sports centres. Please let me know how different or similar is your school system. Kind regards
