Two Medium Cheese Balls
2 8oz. packages cream cheese 1 8oz. can crushed pineapple, drained well 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper 2 tablespoons chopped yellow onion 1 tsp. seasoned salt 2 cups chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients into cream cheese. Chill about 1 hour. Divide into balls or logs. Roll in nuts.
Can freeze. Best if made a couple of days ahead and left in the refrigerator.
