--12 oz cool whip --1/2 cup fresh cut-up strawberries (I used a cup) --1/2 cup flaked coconut --1/4 t. vanilla extract --6 oz strawberry yogurt --9" graham piecrust

Blend ingredients with spoon and put in pie crust. Chill. Yummy!
Jane That sounds delicious I'm goiong to try a sugar free version. Think just using sugar free Cool Whip would be just as good. Thanks

Jane The last post reminded me of a delicious SF strawberry pie recipe I have. In a bowl mix one SF strawberry jello with 1 3/4 cups boiling water. In another bowl mix one SF COOK and SERVE vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT) with 1/4 cup cold water. Then mix the two mixtures together and microwave about 2-3 minutes (stirring after each minute). Carolyn I always use the 'fatfree' cool whip when I make something. Usually I buy the store brand of cool whip.

Jane Just the "regular" size...forgot how many ounces they are....think they're considered 4 servings, aren't they ? NOT the Large size
