I struggle with finding quality materials for my 7th grade world history class. I teach from Renaissance to Modern times. It's hard enough to get 12-13 year olds to connect to world history and even harder to find engaging material. I have no textbook and any resources I would like must come from my pocket. Any suggestions? Thanks much!

Cayte As a cultural historian and a teacher, I would bring local history into the classroom as much as possible to inspire students to relate to the topics we were studying in all of my social studies classes: World, US, Geography, Economics and American Government.
