Core muscle strength actually affects the area of the brain which controls executive function. Research shows that only one in twelve students now has the core muscle strength and balance of students from the 1980’s, only 1 in 12!!
Interestingly, the 1980s is when many schools began to reduce recess and playtime in schools. (It is also when child obesity rates began to climb at an alarming rate.)

I've been a sped teacher and administrator for years, and like the other poster said, I can help you if you ask a question.
That said, the way these interweb chatboard thingies work is you post a question and people respond. Post your question and you'll get answers.
But, are you teaching overseas near any DoDDS bases? If so (and you have/can get access), you might be able to take the tests on the computer system at the base/post education center.
I was able to that recently for another state's testing requirements. I know that is a lot of maybe but may be worth looking into.
