Classroom Management

I'm currently student teaching in a kindergarten classroom. I'm seeking some advice/suggestions in regards to classroom management and issues with line cutting. The students I work with are wonderful but can be very chatty. I know that consistency is key, and it's something I'm continuing to work on. I've tried using different strategies, and know that this is something important to focus on b/c it hinders the learning experience. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated in regards to classroom management, as it is my biggest concern.
