Beside environmental pollution in many developing nations,
problems related to lawlessness prevail over High Court or
Supreme Court decisions. Public or mob often takes the law
in own hands, especially in remote villages, and kills the
miscreant in barbaric ways (e.g. by using bamboo sticks or
burning/burying alive, by slashing the face or throat with
sharp or blunt knives, etc.). From the viewpoint of
developed nations, such episode reminds me about a jungle
out there, like an animal kingdom (with hopping kangaroos,
or leaping cheetahs), where co-existence or tolerance is
rarely seen, and killing is the only way for survival or
revenge. “Kangaroo Court” in “H-Ray Vision” is an attempt
to refer to such system where barbaric deliberations of
civil justice take place without any remors...See More
