My daughter is bipolar, and highly functioning academically. It has become a challenge to get her accomodations in the classroom, because she is not achieving low scores academically.Although she has moments of major emotional meltdowns, I am afraid that as she gets older this may interfere with her academic successes. Are there grants that provide her some assistance in the classroom with a tutor or one on one specialist. Just a thought.
