Plz Help Betta

know what to do. He has some fuzzy stuff on his face. His
face is just so mest up and I feel SO BAD!!! It makes me
so sad. He also seems to have pop eye or something like
it. Uh man...Plz HELP ME! Plz help my betta. He has had
this for some time now. And now it seems to have gotten
out of hand. Can this be cured? If not should I just some
how put him to sleep? I dont want him to suffer anymore if
it cant be cured. PLZ HELP!!!!!Thnak you so much!
