I'm in Connecticut. I'm trying to get into teaching, but no one will hire me. My background is sales career for 16 years, then found second career as math tutor. Have a BA in Mathematics, but no credits in Education and no student teaching. Have been able to find work as in-school tutor or interventionist or building substitute, but both pay minimum wage. Any advice?
