I think, that it depends on the last 3 scores a person gets, for example 7 out of 12, more likely the person will pass on the 4th try. It happened to me. I got 7,6,7, then on my 4th try I pass... It shows effort. I think the rater take that under consideration...

The test is not easy; I used NavaEd and REA. NavaEd was more of an outline and REA explained everything in depth. Know your key words, types of assessments, ESE, ELL, PLC's, and Ethics (such as the one thing that will get your certification is not paying child support).
