GKT ESSAY QUESTION MAY 2018

So I just took the test today 5/21. The essay prompt I received were evaluate cost and benefits of health education, exercise, and stress reduction that companies offer to employees 2. the need for ELL, science, and math teachers. I'm still struggling with READING and the ELS SECTION. ANY SUGGESTIONSON on how to past that section. I had a long passage about James Buchanan Eads. Bridge engineer, long passage the first 20 questions were relating to that passage. Please reply if you have website, suggestions, and strategies. Please HELP!
