-Start with your opening sentence to draw attention to the prompt - In this day and age a healthy lifestyle is essential to not only physical wellness, but mental wellness too.
- Next, work your prompt in - Due to the increased emphasis on healthy living, it is expected that healthy eating habits and proper nutrition is an important factor in school lunches. Food is fuel and nothing fuels a growing body better than eating a good variety of fruits, vegetable and protein.
Thesis - While there are many advantages to healthy school lunches such as improved behavior, there are also disadvantages like an increase in cost to consider.
