This may seem small to some but to me it is just one more knock that lowers teacher morale. The fridge in the staff lounge stays dirty from lazy people who don't clean up after themselves as does the microwave oven. It's been really nice over the years to be able to keep lunch items and snacks for kids in our classroom fridges.
