is teaching in Georgia promising?

I am thinking about pursuing a M.A.T degree from Mercer U in Atlanta/Chamblee. This would be my second Masters since my first is not SACCS accredited or regionally accredited. I am also changing careers from the corporate business world to that of education. It is is really rough in this field. I feel l am too much of a free spirit to continue to be in a cubicle all day, with no real career satisfaction. I have always wanted to teach Language Arts, Math, or other middle grades elective course. I keep hearing so many complaints from teachers about pay, administration issues, health issues, disciplinary issues, and you name it, I have heard it all. Despite these complaints, i am still not eluded yet, as it seems like this better than where I am. Teaching is both a calling and occupation and I feel like this will put me in a better place and allow better use of my skills.
