Hi,
My dad is on his 37th year of teaching Math and coaching
basketball. He will probably teach 5-8 more years as he is
only 60 and a fantastic teacher/coach/motivator. Does
anyone know the most number of years a teacher has taught
in Kansas or where I can find that information? What about
KS Teacher of the Year information. To be honest, I'm
shocked he's never been nominated by a fellow collegue or
student. He's changed so many lives for the better through
his teaching and coaching. He received Kansas Girls' Coach
of the Year 3 years ago after winning state basketball, but
I'd like him to be recognized for his teaching ability.

Hi Kim,
My dad Dr.Max Pickerill
of Colby Kansas
has been the longest teacher for Kansas,
He has taught for 58 years and is on his
100th Semester.
I do not know Nationally what he ranks?
