Difficult Personality

We have a very abrasive person on our faculty.I've seen her
in action with others. We have a 2 floating laptop computer
carts A & B,which teachers must reserve on the school
calendar when their class needs to use them. I reserved
cart B because it is the closest to my room. She did not.
The morning of the scheduled day she came into my room
demanding that she be allowed to cart B them because she
had just spent 20min. making sure they were plugged in and
all charged up ready for use. I told her no, & that she
should have reserved it if that was the case. She didn't
take no for an answer. I finally yielded and told her to
leave my room several times. By this time I was furious and
crying out of anger. Later she sent an apology & a candy
bar saying, "if only you would have said no,I would have
understood." I sent her apology (& her candy bar)back with
this sentence highlighted and a stick...See More
