I need help? I really enjoy teaching as a tutor. I would like to pursue a career in teaching. I don't know which one to pick early childhood or elem teaching. I am scared because of all the lay offs that have been going on in MA. I moving towards early childhood, but would I ever be able to teach grade 1 and 2? really? What are my chances getting a job in the school system being a para for prek-2? Is there a need here? If not, where? At the school I picked to go to for early childhood you have to gind your own internship. Is that crazy or normal in this field? Is early childhood worth pursuing or should I just go all the way elem / special ed teaching? I am confused with this. This is a career change for me. Thanks, Denise
