Hi, I'm applying for Special Ed jobs in Michigan and had a few questions since I'm from out of state and getting up to speed.

About me: 1 year of public school teaching experience out of state, Special Ed Cognitive Impairment setting.

sped I'm guessing that you cut and pasted your temporary letter from the State. As it says, you can be employed K-12. I'm guessing you were prepared in your other state to teach something like grades 7-12 CI and whatnot. Michigan only endorses K-12 for special ed, so you've kind of found a backdoor.
