Questions about jobs at Career Centers?

Has anyone taught at a career center? Do you pay into STRS? Is the pay about the same as teaching in a high school? Thanks for your help.

Teacher I never taught at a career center, but a friend of mine did. She said it was much like a high school employment wise, had a contract, was paying into STRS, etc. This was some time ago though, maybe 15 years ago?.

Best way to find out is to look on the SERB website, they have contracts for schools on there....you can look at the career cent...See More
