Are there cooking schools or vocational schools that are looking for foods teachers? How about a high School looking for foods& nutrition, in a vo-tech or family and consumer science program ? Also, everyone says the salaries are A BIT lower, what does that mean to a 5th year teacher with a master's degree? I currently make 60.

I don't know anything about the positions. However, as a teacher with 14 years experience with a Masters +30, I'm only making in the mid-50s.
