National Board Stipend Berkeley County

Has anyone in Berkeley County heard how/when the stipend will be paid to teachers who passed this year (began in 2008)? I saw where the teachers who began the process in 2009 will have to wait until July 2011 to get it.

RCSD2 Teach I just certified in Nov. so I won't receive any money any time soon :( However, I heard those who began the cycle before 2009, will receive a check in Jan. But, call CERRA to find out for yourself.

blergh I spoke to Jenna on Friday. The back pay ONLY applies to those who started in 2007 and 2008. Those who began in 2009 and just certified will get payment starting July 2011 with no back pay for the current school year.
