I need Out!

I'm having a horrible start at the school I'm at. The principal is very rude and says whatever comes to her mind. I've been told not teach the way that I want. I was told to teach the same exact things, the same ways as another teacher. My planning periods are spent in the principals office being chastised or in the other teachers class observing. At this point I hate going there and I want out. All the new staff are having a hard time and want out. There is nothing in my contract about resigning early. What could happen to me in South Carolina?
