Has anyone here had any problems with the lackluster human resources office at MCS? I wonder what goes on there on a daily basis? Love to hear the stories!

pensatore If the HR is deplorable, imagine what it would be like to teach there? Hey, then again, you wouldnt have to do too much teaching just keep controlled chaos in the classroom, right?

in his words there is truth Not only in Memphis but with many other HR offices I have dealt with in my seemingly mad, endless job search; many HR employees are rude or non- responsive to earnest candidates. I have worked in HR for 17 yrs, albeit in mfg, service, etc., and in a school district. I am one of those people who always returns phone calls and e-mails within a 24-hr period or sooner. I have been one of those people who gladly assist my fellow colleagues with their issues. I do have to admit that the kinds of HR professionals described do exist and have therefore put a sour taste in peoples mouths about their HR Dept. I am sorry that many of you have had negative encounters within your HR Dept. But, I want to assure you that this is not the case everywhere. I guess I just really love what I do and really love helping people.
