IF we get the full amount (a huge IF), the state dept. of education will take HALF for administrative purposes. Remaining will be less than $40 million, to be distributed among 55 counties over 4 years. Considering that amount is only $10 million, and it will probably be distributed among the counties on a per capita basis, most counties will stand to see $40,000, while the larger counties (Kanawha, Cabell, Wood) will see somewhere in the neighborhood of $100,000.

Think about it....half this money goes to the state to pay for what? People and their initiatives that have played a BIG part of getting us in the mess that we currently find ourselves!
