I turned back as the path was much too rocky and my running shoes were not adequate for the terrain. Plus, I will not go alone on such an isolated path. Safety first!
I completed 4 miles in 74 minutes and 9.300+ steps. I couldn't make it to 10,000 there as I needed to take mom to the grocery store. My current steps is 13,007 steps!
This week I have family coming to visit so walking might be only steps and not my exercise walks.
