One of my students (11year old boy with moderate learning disablilities and ASD) has gone from having his hands down his pants occasionally in class, to taking his genitals out in front of myself and others (staff and students).

Does anyone know why my service type says "Legacy Membership Service" and indicates 0 credit years? I've been contributing since 1985 but have taught in several counties in NC, This quite alarming!
