Adjustments I made from last week was put more air in both tires and added more protein to my breakfast. Throw in the perfect weather so deep breathing through my nose wasn't so hard, I couldn't help but show improvement.
Elaine, I retired from the retail job in May. I am not working part time yet Maybe next month?
We're suffering through a horrible heat wave. I walked yesterday and today but had to cut it a bit short. I was sooooo red-faced despite drinking a lot of water along the way. And I did my weights this afternoon.
The next 2 days are forced relaxation--no caregiver. Maybe that's a good thing. I'll keep logging calories.
Dear Bob, I can see there are respinses because there's a number by "Comment" below the original post, but when I click on it, no other responses are visible, just the box for me to respond in. Please can you help? Thanks.
Bob R/CAnote the url where you see that happening. Cut and paste that to me, here, or in an email to webmaster@ . I don't see this, but maybe I'm not looking in the right places.
I notice that if I want to add to a thread there is no place to comment. Once I wrote a comment, but then there wasn't any place to hit post. I thought I read someplace that there are two places - one is a feed and the other is a chatboard. Which is which and where is the second one? Thanks!
Bob R/CAYou're reading the comment from the chat center. I'll be replacing that page with a different feed soon (finalizing the design). For now, don't click on the comment box if you want to respond - click on the title of the post, and it will open in a new window where you can respond.
NovelIf you click on "Comment" below the thread, a small box appears. Type in that, then click the blue "Comment" that appears below that box. You do need to be registered and logged in :-)
And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer.
Bob R/CABill, pretty sure you can insert a space in your screen name from the profile page. Barb needs to log in to respond to your comment - Barb, you have an account, did you forget your password? You can email me at webmaster@ if you are having troubles....

I took a longer more challenging route to work on hills, my definite biggest challenge. I ran into my trainer and his wife on my way back from riding up the big hill.
I was interested in Bib's response below about the page refreshing every 10 minutes. No wonder it was our longest, greatest masterpieces that were vanishing while typing! I guess that is how the board wants to cut down the excess?
Today is our oldest granddaughter's 14th birthday. She has grown up to be quite the young lady. When I look back at what I was like at the same age in comparison, she is quite worldly (internet exposure) although still very sweet.
Rain off and on all day. I never opened the umbrella, but my eyes were always peeled upward. 10,720 steps.
Tomorrow the AC gets installed. We can turn on the lights and the stove again-ha! Today was the coolest day of the week, and we really haven't minded at all.
I'm worried about Judy this week . . . hugs to you, "caret."

Warm weather in our area. Thunderstorms in the evenings. Lots of thunder boomers and lighting.
High fives to men for the humid bike ride. You go, girl!!
Unfortunately, their current schools utilize a hodgepodge of "techniques" so it is hit or miss as to what might work for any one child. Most are short term "solutions" and the students don't learn self control. Also the students who have good behavior don't need all those "gadgets" and rewards.
Thank you for bringing alternate approaches to classroom management!
