This questionnaire take...See MoreHi Teachers! I am an Early Childhood Studies student. I am currently conducting a research on school culture and teachers job satisfaction. If you are working as preschool teachers and don't mind to contribute to my study and benefits to the community in future, can you please help me to fill in this questionnaire?
This questionnaire takes you approximately 5-10 minutes. Your contribution is very important to me. All the information will be strictly kept confidential and to be use as academic purpose only. Your kindness is greatly appreciated
--hack squat (alternative used since...See MoreBack to the gym for weight training. My plan was to catch up on the cardio workouts I skipped, but 8 minutes in and I was out of gas and my shins started to hurt. As my doctor told me when he diagnosed me with OCD, I have to "let go" of these and just move on to the rest of the program.

--hack squat (alternative used since this machine doesn't exist in my gym), 42.5 lbs, 8 reps, 4 sets
Just curious. Does anyone do science fair anymore? If you do, how do you do it, by assigning it to be done at home (which, in my experience means mom and dad and uncle joe the engineer do it) or by doing it in class or at school? My biggest hangup with science fair projects is that, usually, the students do not do them or don't learn much from them or BOTH. They create a fair amount of trauma, usually generated by "helicopter" parents who obsess over them and get overly involved.
Some might remember me; most won't. I belonged to the T net community beginning way back in its infancy. Yep. When I first joined there was only the one board, the one now called the main board. THAT long ago.
Well, after four years of retirement, I am back in the saddle, this time in the Sunshine state!
bill T/FlI remember you, Judy. You too, Elaine. I did 6th grade science for years. Just going back to what I know. I will look into doing what you suggest, Bob. Sounds interesting.
I watched the end of the race last night in the Tour le France (budding interest in the sport plus complete admiration for those athletes. How in the world do those men do that for so many days and miles? Incredible. Poor guy last night lead the entire race and at the last moment, the group passed him . He was trying to do it by himself because he lost two of his team members. It really is fascinating to watch all the maneuvering and chess like moving.
Please contact me right away (seriously, as soon as possible). Please only actual teachers, currently employed in public or private schools, country doesn't matter. Looking forward!
NanchaHello barbara! Thank you so much for the reply, please send me a short email at userresearchvr@gmail.com and I will share all the details with you. :)

**This was supposed to be pullups but I can't do these properly even modified so I switched to the machine that targets the same muscles. I could totally feel the muscles being worked. I couldn't feel that with my lousy pullups.
As I was working out, another gym client saw me trying to find the right height for the one legged squat. She asked me if I was training for a competition. I was so flattered but told her I was just trying to get fit and stay that way!
Later, while I was doing the kneeling squat, another client was working out with my trainer. I mentioned that the trainer was very good at pushing gently to try doing certain exercises. She agreed and then looked at me and said I was in good shape. Two compliments in one day from strangers! I call that a win.
I just spent a couple hours weeding our yard before the excessive humidity hit. Then the superstorm hit mid afternoon so there went any biking plans.
The 4H yeast bread sticks took forever to make and she got some great feedback at the pre judging. They were good and we had the extras with our supper. Brother's muffins were well received and he learned a lot from what the judge might be asking him Monday.
I hope to go to spinning in the am before the storms hit again.
