I walked 11,000 steps in gorgeous weather this morning and went to the grocery store. Dinner is ready to go in the oven, the last load of laundry is in the dryer, and I'm glad to be at Tnet.

12,395 steps today. Yesterday was about the same. three miles hall walking (another rainy morning) and two on the treadmill. Afternoon was beautiful...sunny and warm with light breeze. Good work, ladies! I walked for 90 minutes this morning and did the weights routine. It's gorgeous here right now, really beautiful.

Grrr! Certainly lots of growing pains here. I agree. Sometimes it's not worth messing with. I'll make this Exercise Roll Call. I did 11,591 steps today. I had to do two laps around the Tin Caps Ft. Wayne minor league baseball stadium to pass 10K.

We, too, had rain. I was rained on twice during my walk with full sun between. Neither was the sort of rain to wet the shoes, so it was fine. 11,640 steps today. The stitches are out! Yay!
