Managed to get my cycling class in before me interview this morning. Good way to alleviate any anxiety or nervousness. I got in 18.6 miles in. This instructor gets more into distance training and the Tuesday instructor is more into strength. Nice balance.

judycaret Yes, California police do that program. We had it at school every year for 4-5 and a parent night. I agree: scary but excellent.

I walked 10,000 steps all by my lonesome today. Very soothing.
